Learning to Breath
Learning to Breath has created the space for me to accept parts of myself that have been denied. Learning to breath has bridged me to a place of understanding how I see intimacy and how my experience leads me to love a certain way and that's okay..
How my experience leads me to laugh a certain way, and that's okay too.
When I learned to breathe, I was able to understand how life flows, and its a constant cycle of beginning and endings. I learned that when I held my breath, it made me act out of fear but with my breath, I was able to touch, heal and experience life in all its wonder.
To breath is to trust and to trust is to lose control.
To breath is to be.
To be is to let go of expectation and permit yourself to show up as you every day.
